Dr. Darren Ravassipour

After growing up in beautiful Wenatchee, Washington, Dr. Ravassipour received his Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry from the University of Puget Sound, followed by post-graduate study at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Tar Heels!). Dr. Ravassipour graduated in the top 5% of his class with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery and Masters of Science in Orthodontics. While in college he was co-captain of the tennis team and actively involved in student life.

Dr. Ravassipour has published articles on a variety of orthodontic topics and has volunteered with the Head Start Programs to develop a program for oral health education. His commitment to our community also finds him actively involved in the local Dental Society (serving as President in 2007) and Rotary Club, serving on several committees.

Dr. Ravassipour and his wife—a rare Rogue Valley native!—welcomed son Reid in January 2007.

The Team

Dr. Ravassipour and his staff are passionate about helping you achieve the most beautiful and healthy smile possible. We offer our family of patients a fun and relaxed atmosphere, and with over 60 years combined experience, the Ravassipour team prides itself on developing treatment and managing even the most challenging orthodontic cases.

Ivy, Treatment Coordinator

From assisting with orthodontic procedures to managing the office, Ivy has done it all for over 30 years! Ivy and her husband John enjoy spending time with their grandchildren and, when not in the Valley, are out camping.

Ashlee, Appointment Coordinator

Ashlee is the incredibly effervescent and smiling face who manages the patient scheduling, the computers, and details of the office. She and her husband, Christopher, enjoy spending time with their dog, Mack, as as well as visiting Disneyland and working on their new home.

Shawna, Financial Coordinator

Shawna’s extensive background in practice financials and insurance billing has made her an invaluable part of the office team. Shawna has yet to find a handbag she didn’t like, and enjoys being the incredibly busy mom to daughters Chelsie, Marcie and Stephanie.

Darci, Orthodontic Assistant

A certified orthodontic assistant with all the qualifications possible and over 11 years of experience, Darci and her beautiful daughter, Sydney, enjoy traveling, exploring the outdoors and share a passion for horses.

Lisa, Orthodontic Assistant

A former patient of Dr. Ravassipour’s, when Lisa’s treatment was complete she decided she liked the practice so much that she wanted to stay! We welcomed her along with her orthodontic certifications and 8 years of experience. When not working Lisa enjoys the outdoors and shopping with her Mom.

Lori, Laboratory Technician

With over 5 years of specialty experience, Lori helps with our orthodontic appliances, retainers and models. Lori, along with her husband and two boys, enjoys all things outdoors: hiking, camping, fishing and hunting.
